Ingredients

1 pint blueberries fresh
4 ounces vanilla yogurt low-fat, stirred
1 tablespoon walnuts chopped
Optional:
2 teaspoons chocolate grated
1 teaspoon ginger crystallized

Directions

Layer yogurt and blueberries in 2 wine glasses.

Top with chopped walnuts.

Sprinkle grated chocolate and diced crystallized ginger, if desired.
