Ingredients

1 cup wheat berries (whole berries)
1 cup soy milk vanilla
2 tablespoons applesauce unsweetened
1 tablespoon liquid egg substitute (mixed with 6 tablespoons of water)
1/2 teaspoon salt , optional
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar

Directions

Blend berries and soy milk until smooth.

Mix remaining ingredients, add to blender and combine.

Makes about 3 cups. Make 1 cup sized waffles.

Cook between 6 and 7 minutes on high.

Cooking longer will add cripsness, but can burn.

Nancy's Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken Or Pork

Tried this on pork chops prior to grilling on our gas grill. It was very easy and the chops came out great. I also think that according to individual tastes you can vary the amount of the ingredients and probably not go wrong. I added a splash of white wine to the marinade, reduced the honey, and increased the garlic.
