| 1 | tablespoon | brown sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | paprika | sweet |
| 1 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1 | teaspoon | allspice | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 2 | each | beef, tenderloin | steaks, 6 oz, 1 inch thick |
Combine first 6 ingredietns in small bowl.
(Can be prepared 1 week ahead. Store in airtight container.)
Prepare barbeque (high heat).
Rub spice mixture generously into both sides of steaks.
Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Serve hot.

I really like this one. I used to make it several years ago but not minty. Then I lost it. Everyone use to rave about the candy. I would sometimes put them in the individual mini paper cups then chill them. Made for a nice gift.
