Ingredients

4 pounds beef, steak cubed
1/4 cup flour, all-purpose seasoned with salt and pepper
3 tablespoons fat
1 medium onion
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions

Flour and season steak and brown in fat.

Add chopped onion, brown lightly.

Mix ingredients, pour over steak.

Cover slightly. Cook slowly 35 minutes, or until steak is tender.
