Baked Salmon with Dill

It's tasty, and an easy meal to make on a weeknight. The dill and lemon were great together.

Ingredients

4 each salmon fillets about 1 inch thick, about 6 ounces
1 x nonstick cooking spray
1 1/2 tablespoons dill leaves finely chopped fresh
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
4 each lemon wedges

Directions

Place fish on a baking sheet lightly coated with cooking spray; lightly coat fish with cooking spray.

Sprinkle fish with dill, salt, and pepper.

Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.

Serve with lemon wedges.
