The divine part of this approach to cooking the goose is that it employs some of the eastern method of drying the skin which is used in Peking Duck. The skin simply drops all its fat and leaves a crispy, dry, delectable skin that folks fight over! No more rubbery, yucky goose skin full of fat!

Yum! I added some sliced red bell pepper strips to give the dish more colour. Used fresh broccoli instead of mixed frozen veggies, and added a drizzle of sesame oil and rice vinegar in the end as well as some sesame seeds. Enjoyed the dish with a bowl of rice, so good!

By the way, I change my recipe sometimes, for instance by adding dried California prunes instead of sugar, or by adding some white vinegar instead of lemon juice.
