Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe

A wonderful recipe that will make your breakfast or lunch a lot more enjoyable!

Easy to scale down to make one or two loaves. Shortening can be replaced by butter. You will love the aroma during the baking, it fills up the entire house with freshly baked bread smell.

Made this apple cake a while ago, and finally got the photos uploaded. The cake was moist and delicious. I used half whole wheat flour and half all-purpose flour to make it a bit healthier, reduced sugar to 1 1/2 cups, which was sweet enough for us. Also added 1/2 cup chopped pecans to the apples, and it was a great addition.

Buttery and crunchy, they are great for making holiday cookies.

Basic Shepherds Pie recipe

Use some applesauce to replace butter, which makes these chocolaty cookies moist-like cake in the inside, and still chewy on the outside. Whole wheat flour adds some fibre, and white chocolate chips give extra creaminess.

I made these muffins with the leftover zucchini pulp from the basil and ricotta stuffed zucchini recipe. They turned out fluffy, moist and packed with yumminess. Another awesome recipe to make zucchini into something delicious :-)

A savory soup made with leeks, potatoes, light cream and a bit of garlic which gives it a delicious taste!

Creamy, buttery, sweet and fluffy.

Quickly stir fry some bok choy and mushrooms with garlic, ginger and scallions, then season with black bean-garlic sauce, rice vinegar and a touch of sesame oil. Serve it over a bed of rice. Your supper is served.
