THis one was yummy.I heeded the advice of those who went before and used plenty of salt and also coarse chopped the spinach before cooking and skipped the processing. we didn't use up the whole filling from Greek croustade, then we used the leftover filling and made some phyllo muffins, they came out so cute, delicate and delicious. Being creative!
