This super fruity and moist cake is absolutely divine. It's a great coffee or tea cake. I had it for breakfast with my morning coffee for a few days, perfect. Made with mostly whole wheat flour and applesauce, not loaded with sugar, so it's much healthier than your regular coffee cake, that's why it's also a great breakfast to start off your day.

Nothing is better than a fruity and cold popsicle in a hot summer day. Basil enhances the strawberry flavor, and gives the popsicle extra zing! Have some popsicles to help you cool down the hot summer!

This shortcake is delicious, full of chocolate flavor, instead of whipping cream, we use drained low-fat vanilla yogurt, creates the same texture, but much lower in fat and calories, enjoy this tasty dessert!!

This decadent brownie recipe was recently clipped from my local newspaper.

Much lighter than classic cheesecake, and it is very smooth and flavorful, nice and creamy flavor from ricotta cheese and sour cream, lemon juice and zests add the refreshing citrus taste into the cheese pie; and the almond crust was flaky, nutty and tangy.

This smooth, creamy and fruity dessert will impress everyone, also it is a low-fat dessert. Berry season is coming, enjoy these lovely panna cotta with some fresh strawberry compote.

This Mexican style enchilada casserole is loaded with flavor. Sauteed vegetables, spices and cheese make this casserole absolutely cheesy and delicious.

These phyllo purses look so lovely, filled with fresh strawberries and creamy ricotta cheese, drizzling some chocolate syrup and dust powdered sugar on top. These are crispy and chocolaty outside, juicy, fruity and smooth inside. And they look so pretty!

I omitted the parsley and scallions (had none) and used chopped onion instead. I also added some red pepper flakes for some heat. I treated this as a marinade for my boneless, skinless breasts, which cut cut into strips and marinated overnight. I skewered the strips and grilled for 5-6 min. per side. Excellent flavor.

These strawberry shortcakes were delicious. Buttermilk biscuits turned out golden-brown and buttery, filled with sugar coated strawberries and rich-creamy whipped cream. Such a decadent yet refreshing dessert that nobody can resist.
