Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe

A wonderful recipe that will make your breakfast or lunch a lot more enjoyable!

"This cake is a rich, dark, moist fruit cake, very flavorful at Christmas. Try icing with almond paste for a more festive touch. This recipe is started in October or November so as to let it mellow before the holidays. I remember very well my mother storing her fruit cake in an old butter churn that belonged to my grandmother and great grandmother. I wish that I had that old crock."

Made this apple cake a while ago, and finally got the photos uploaded. The cake was moist and delicious. I used half whole wheat flour and half all-purpose flour to make it a bit healthier, reduced sugar to 1 1/2 cups, which was sweet enough for us. Also added 1/2 cup chopped pecans to the apples, and it was a great addition.

Buttery and crunchy, they are great for making holiday cookies.

Use some applesauce to replace butter, which makes these chocolaty cookies moist-like cake in the inside, and still chewy on the outside. Whole wheat flour adds some fibre, and white chocolate chips give extra creaminess.

Brownie Bottom Cheesecake recipe

A very moist and yummy pancake. Didn't have chunky applesauce, so I used smooth applesauce and one chopped apple, which was delicious. I dusted the top with a bit icing sugar, drizzled some maple syrup over each slice, and it was delicious.

This is a classic French recipe also called Pate a Choux for making puffs that can be filled with any manner of filling savory or sweet. The most basic filling would be whipped cream. Crispy on the outside and wonderfully creamy on the inside.

An Italian twist to Eggs Benedict. Pesto replaces the Hollandaise sauce, mozzarella and tomatoes replaces the ham.

I ALWAYS add tons of seasonal veggies!!! This one had snow peas, carrots, eggplant, and asian prickly zucchini!

I made these muffins with the leftover zucchini pulp from the basil and ricotta stuffed zucchini recipe. They turned out fluffy, moist and packed with yumminess. Another awesome recipe to make zucchini into something delicious :-)
