Spam-It-Up
This is an old family favorite which has been around for over 40 years. Very easy and quick to make!

Directions
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add cubed spam and cook until brown. Meanwhile, cook the soup per package instructions except use 3 cups of water as opposed to 4 cups. Add the rice and then stir in the the soup. Add sliced olives. Cover and remove skillet from burner. Let sit for approximately 5 minutes or until rice is done. If desired, add additional olives for more flavor.
