CUP ML RICOTTA CHEESE
part-skim

TEASPOON ML COCOA POWDER
unsweetened
¼ 1.3
TEASPOON ML VANILLA EXTRACT

EACH EACH SUGAR SUBSTITUTE
packet (I use Splenda) *

DASH DASH INSTANT COFFEE, ESPRESSO
powder, or ground cinnamon *

EACH EACH MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS
or coarsely chopped chocolate *

Directions

Process the ricotta if the texture is too coarse.

Mix together the ricotta, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sugar substitute. Place in serving cup; chill.

Serve chilled and dusted with espresso powder or ground cinnamon and sprinkled with the chocolate chips.
