or coarsely chopped chocolate

Directions

Process the ricotta if the texture is too coarse.

Mix together the ricotta, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sugar substitute. Place in serving cup; chill.

Serve chilled and dusted with espresso powder or ground cinnamon and sprinkled with the chocolate chips.
