500 Grams Pork (i buy a pack 500 grams with 4 pieces)

2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1-2 cups bread crumbs (as needed)
salt (as needed)
pepper (as needed)
paprika (as needed)

Directions
With a meat mallet work on the pork and flat it as much as possible. mix the flour with some salt and pepper. mix the eggs together with the milk and some salt and pepper. mix the bread crumbs with paprika. cover the pork with the flour, do not press the flour into the meat, just lightly covered dip the pork in the eggs mix then in the bread crumbs. on a medium heat fry the schnitzel in the oil, i give it 4 to 5 min on each side. squeeze on some lemon before serving.
