sweet, roasted
3 tablespoons cream cheese
½ teaspoon cumin
or to taste
2 tablespoons sundried tomatoes
finely chopped, oil-packed
1 each garlic cloves
minced
¼ cup sweet vidalia onions
minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cilantro
chopped

Directions

Process all in food processor until well blended.

Serve chilled with crackers.
