Directions
Cut bread slices into ½-inch cubes.
Melt butter in a heavy large skillet over medium heat.
Add bread cubes.
Season with salt.
Cook until light brown, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes.
Stir in parsley.
Drain on paper towels.

Cool completely.
Cover tightly.
