Paprika Chicken Thighs with Orzo Noodles

2 tbsp basil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
3 tbsp paprika
4 chicken thighs
1 cup orzo noodles
1&1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp white wine for cooking
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup shredded carrots chopped small
1/2 cup white onion chopped small
1/2 cup grated green cabbage

Ingredients

1 cup orzo noodles
1&1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp white wine for cooking
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup shredded carrots chopped small
1/2 cup white onion chopped small

Directions
Pat dry thighs. Mix all spices and rub all over chicken. Heat pan with olive oil. Place thighs skin side down for 8 minutes. Turn and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Drain excess oil leaving enough to coat bottom of pan. Add carrots, onions, and cabbage. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken broth, wine, heavy whipping cream, and orzo noodles. Bring to a simmer. Put thighs back in, leave on simmer and cover pan for 20 minutes.
