Directions
Mince garlic to equal ½ teaspoon.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Soak scallops in mixture of buttermilk and garlic.
Spray baking sheet with non-stick vegetable spray.
Drain scallops, roll in bread crumbs, place on baking sheet.
Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until opaque throughout.
Sprinkle with parsley.
