Ingredients

2 large eggs
3 cups milk
sour
3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
melted

Directions

Combine ingredients, bake on waffle iron until crisp and brown.

Serve with fresh berries, honey and syrup.
