Directions

Mix egg and cottage cheese together, set aside.

Cook ground beef and drain off fat.

Add spaghetti sauce, water, and seasoning, stir until warmed through.

In a greased 9"x13" baking dish .

Layer: ⅓ of sauce, ½ of uncooked noodles, 1 cup of cottage cheese-egg mixture, ½ of mozzarella.

Repeat layers, top with remaining sauce.

Sprinkle with Parmesan. Top with parsley.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake 1 hour 350℉ (180℃) F, uncover and bake for 15 more minutes.

Let stand for 15 minutes.
