Ingredients

2 teaspoons vodka
2 parts vodka

4 teaspoons juice
4 parts clamato juice

1 teaspoon horseradish
heaping teaspoon
½ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
any type of hot sauce

1 teaspoon lime juice
fresh
1 teaspoon bechamel (white) sauce
WINE sauec from pickled herring jar
¼ teaspoon celery salt
1 dash black pepper
freshly ground

1 slice limes
fresh
*
2 whole green olives
*
1 x herring, pickled
1 piece of pickled herring marinated in wine sauce
*
1 x toothpicks
*

Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into a glass filled with ice. You may wish to rub lime juice on the outer edge of a tall glass and then roll the rim in celery salt. Garnish with a wedge of fresh lime and a toothpick with a piece of herring sandwiched between two green olives. Perfect for a New Year’s Day brunch. Enjoy!
