Directions
Combine peanut butter and sugar and blend well.
Add egg whites, mixing thoroughly.
Stir in chopped peanuts. Roll into walnut-sized balls.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Flatten with fork.
Press whole peanuts on top of each cookie if needed and bake at 375℉ (190℃) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from pan.
Makes about 3 dozen.
