These hearty garden wraps are made within 20 minutes, they are stuffed with deliciously sauteed garden-fresh veggies and oozy-melting cheese. Quick, easy and tasty!

CUP ML MUSHROOMS
sliced thin

TEASPOON ML RED PEPPER FLAKES

1/2 inch cubes

cooked

EACH EACH FLOUR TORTILLAS (10-INCH)
warmed, preferably whole wheat *

Directions

In 10 inch skillet, melt butter until sizzling; sauté onions add mushrooms and stir in coleslaw mix.

Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisply tender (3 to 4 minutes).

Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, rice and remaining ingredients (other than the tortilla wrap).

Place about 1 cup filling in center of each warm tortilla. Fold two opposite edges of tortilla toward center over filling. Roll up open end of tortilla toward opposite edge.

Place, seam-side down, on microwave-safe plate.

Microwave two sandwiches on high, turning or rearranging after repeat with remaining sandwiches.
