Ingredients

46 ounces tomato juice
canned
1 each green bell peppers
minced
1 small onions
minced
1 each cucumbers
&
2 each green chili peppers
*
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon seasoning mix
*
½ teaspoon garlic
minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chives
chopped
2 Drops red hot pepper sauce
*
1 x monosodium glutamate
optional
*
1 x salt and white pepper
to taste
*
1 wedges lemon
*

Directions

Combine tomato juice, green pepper, onion, cucumber, chiles, Worcestershire, seasoning blend, garlic, olive oil, chives and hot pepper sauce.

Season to taste with MSG, salt and white pepper. Chill thoroughly.

Serve with lemon wedges.

Note: For smooth gazpacho served with vegetable garnishes, blend tomato mixture in blender container until smooth.

Serve with additional diced cucumber, green pepper and croutons on side.
