I loved this salad so much, I had to ask the chef for the recipe. I knew it had to be easy but there was an ingredient that I couldn't figure out. That's because I've never even heard of it before-Sumak! Pair this up with some hummus and bread and you will be so happy!
1 Tbsp Sumac-red stuff
1 tbsp Oregano
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
Change the dressing however you like. I don't really measure. You can make the dressing in advance, and I think it actually helps to let it sit anyway.
