Due to its rich beefy flavor, and the hearty belly warming cheese tortellini, this beef tortellini soup has been a family favorite at our home for years.

Directions
In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onions together over medium-high heat; drain.
Add tomatoes and beef stock; bring to boil. Reduce heat, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes (or more as desired); stir in tortellini (or ravioli) and cook according to package directions. Add the drain green beans; heat through.
Season with pepper and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
