Directions
In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together until well combined. Add butter and vanilla and rub with your fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Or process all ingredients in food processor.
Divide mixture in half (about 3 1/2 cups) and add into two freezer bags. Store in freezer for up to 2 months.
Note:
To make cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two 8-inch cake pans with parchment paper, then grease well with butter.
Mix together 1 jar cake mix, 1 1/4 cup lukewarm water, 2 large eggs until smooth. Divide batter between prepared cake pans.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until tested skewer inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool.
