Directions

Mix beaten egg yolks with sour cream.

Sift dry ingredients and combine with first mixture.

Add stiffly beaten whites of eggs.

Bake at once on hot waffle iron.

Serve waffles with fresh berries, syrup, chocolate sauce, or ice cream if desired.
