Directions

1 - Soak the wakame seaweed in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Prepare the radish and the basil. 2 - Remove the seaweed from water and blanch it for few seconds, then cool under cold water. 3 - Put cottage cheese into a bowl, and pour in water from the soaking seaweed. Stir using a teaspoon. You may add water gradually to obtain the desired consistency. 4 - Add the radish, basil and bear's garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. 5 - Arrange a plate with some lettuce leaves. Put a portion of mixture onto it, and top with a portion of the seaweed.
