Cottage Cheese with Seaweed
A nice and healthy breakfast. Very good with a double mug of cocoa.
grated finely, it may be replaced with radish or black radish
wakame, dried, crushed into smaller pieces
fresh, chopped finely
bear's garlic, dried
salt and white pepper
1 - Soak the wakame seaweed in water for 10 to 15 minutes. Prepare the radish and the basil. 2 - Remove the seaweed from water and blanch it for few seconds, then cool under cold water. 3 - Put cottage cheese into a bowl, and pour in water from the soaking seaweed. Stir using a teaspoon. You may add water gradually to obtain the desired consistency. 4 - Add the radish, basil and bear's garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. 5 - Arrange a plate with some lettuce leaves. Put a portion of mixture onto it, and top with a portion of the seaweed.
