Ingredients

4 each chorizo sausage

4 each hot dog buns
split
*
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Romesco Sauce
1 cup Quick and Easy Pickled Mushrooms

Directions

Heat the oil in a large grilled pan over high heat.

Add the sausages, turning once, and cook for about 5 minutes each side or until completely cooked.

Grilled the hot dog buns if needed.

Top the buns with sausages, romesco sauce, pickled mushrooms and grated Parmesan cheese as needed.

Serve.

In this recipe, chorizo sausage, pickled mushrooms and romesco sauce were all made from scratch, which made the dish hit another level.

Sweet-sour pickled mushrooms, nutty-refreshing romesco sauce, and grilled homemade chorizo were placed over the hot dog bun. Lots of yummy explosion in every single bite :D
