Burrito is one of the easiest foods to make, and it's also delicious and filling. A quick way to make a tasty and nutritious meal.

Ingredients

2 each flour tortillas, whole wheat
8-inch, or regular tortillas
*
½ cup refried beans
homemade or store-bought
4 tablespoons salsa
homemade or store-bought
2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos
chopped
*
4 tablespoons cilantro
freshly chopped
1 each scallions, spring or green onions
sliced
¼ cup cheddar cheese
shredded

Directions

Warm flour tortillas in Microwave for about 10 seconds.

Place tortillas on cutting board or flat working surface.

Spoon half amount of all filling ingredients onto each tortilla on center part.

Wrap it up and serve.

Love burritos. So easy to put together, and they are great for travelling on the road. Made these delicious, filling and nutritious burritos for one of our trips recently.

I made my own refried beans, and used homemade smoked salsa, very tasty. Then simply wrapped them up with wax paper, put in the cooler, and they filled us up in the trip. No need to stop for any fast foods!
