These apricot canapes are so easy to make, and they taste absolutely delicious. Slightly sour, a bit of sweet, nutty and peppery tastes are all in one bite. Just pick it up, and put in your mouth.

Ingredients

16 each apricots, dried

8 teaspoons blue cheese
crumbled
2 ounces pistachio nuts
chopped shelled
½ teaspoon honey
1 x black pepper
freshly ground

Directions

Top each apricots with ½ teaspoon cheese.

Sprinkle with pistachios and drizzle with honey; sprinkle with pepper.
