| 3 | tablespoons | butter | |
| 4 | each | chicken breasts | halves, skinless, boneless |
| 1 | x | salt and black pepper | |
| 2 | tablespoons | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1 | cup | orange juice | frozen concentrate |
| 1/2 | cup | water | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
| 3 | each | tangerines | peeled, sectiond |
| 1 | tablespoon | tangerine peel | grated |
In a large skillet, melt butter. Add chicken, salt and pepper. Brown chicken on both sides until chicken in thoroughly cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add flour to the skillet. Cook over low heat about 1-2 minutes. Add orange juice concentrate, water and cinnamon. Simmer, stirring until sauce is thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over it. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until heated through. Add tangerine sections and zest. Stir and serve.
it really sound good . i have been looking for different recipes for chicken this looks good

Made these for a wedding shower I was having. They were a big hit!! I baked them in mini tart pans instead of the larger muffin pans and topped them with a teaspoon of canned cherry pie filling. I also made them in advance and froze them (before putting on the topping). They froze perfectly. Looked very pretty on the plate with the other squares and cookies. Everyone wanted the recipe!
