| 1 1/2 | cups | sugar | |
| 3/4 | cup | wesson oil | |
| 2 | teaspoons | salt | |
| 1 | teaspoon | black pepper | coarse |
| 6 | x | red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco) |
BRING TO A BOIL, vinegar, dill seed, sugar, wesson oil, salt, black pepper, tabasco and pour over vegetables. Refridgerate until needed, at least 2 hours.
