| Spicy yogurt dressing | |||
| 1 | cup | vanilla yogurt | low-fat |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | ground |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cardamom seeds | ground, or nutmeg |
In a medium bowl, combine fruits and nuts.
Prepare dressing (combine ingredients).
Just before serving, top with dressing and toss well.

Lovely. This is an excellent cake that can be used for almost any occassion. I loved the fact that it is not sweet tasting so I dont feel guilty about having too much sugar.
