| 1 | can | soup, french onion | condensed |
| 1 1/2 | Pounds | ground beef | |
| 1/2 | cup | bread crumbs | dry |
| 1 | each | egg | slightly beaten |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | dash | black pepper | |
| 1 | tablespoon | flour, all-purpose | |
| 1/4 | cup | ketchup | |
| 1/4 | cup | water | |
| 1 | teaspoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | prepared mustard |
In bowl, combine 1/3 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper.
Shape into 6 oval patties.
In skillet, brown patties: pour off fat.
Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth.
Add to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits.
Cover, cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
Stir now and then.

This one was absolutely delicious! It was so good that the person I made it for was surprised I actually did it. I will be making it again tonight to prove to people I CAN cook. :) Lime sauce doesn't really add a lot, but the rest is FANTASTIC!
