| 1 | pound | caster sugar | about 435 grams |
| 1/2 | cup | cocoa powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/3 | cup | water | it must be boiling |
| 1/3 | cup | vegetable margerine | softened |
| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla essence |
combine in a bowl the sugar, cocoa & salt and mix. Now add the boiling water and the butter and blend by using an eletrical mixer until it becomes creamy then add the vanilla and blend again for few minutes and it's ready
