| 1 | cup | honey | |
| 1 | cup | water | hot |
| 3/4 | cup | lemon juice | |
| 8 | cups | water | cold |
Stir honey and hot water over low heat until blended.
Let cool and add lemon juice and cold water.
Pour into iced glasses.
The honey/water syrup may be refrigerated and used to make lemonade a glass at a time.
To serve, mix 4 T syrup to 1 1/2 T lemon juice and 1 c water per person.
Pour into iced glasses.
This lemonade has just the right amount of sweetness and is very refreshing. It was a big hit at my father's day party.

This recipe was very good. I fixed it for my boyfriend and he loved it. He liked it so much he went back for 3rds and I even had to send some to work with him. I loved it myself as a matter of fact Im fixing it again tonight.6-12-03 thanks for the recipe. Mindy
