Ingredients

6 each potatoes pared, cut in bite size pieces
2 each leeks washed, pared, cut in bite size pieces
2 each onions chopped
1 each carrot pared, sliced
1 each celery stalks sliced
4 each chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
4 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 x black pepper
2 tablespoons butter
13 ounces evaporated milk
1 x chives chopped

Directions

Put all ingredients except milk and chives in crockpot. Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4. Stir in milk in last hour. Serve topped with chives.
