Tried this recipe last weekend for football snacks and the guys comments were: TOP SHELF, NUMBER ONE, CAN'T GET NO BETTER, MO' SHRIMP NEXT WEEK etc... Great flavors. Would recommend to the President and Queen of England.

Ingredients

20 medium shrimp peeled, deveined
Cajun coating mix
1 each orange
2 each limes
1 each lemon
1/3 cup dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce (eg. Tabasco)
1 teaspoon garlic chopped
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1/4 cup paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

Make the Cajun coating mix by combining the above ingredients.

Mix well in a bowl. Preheat grill. Dip shrimp into the Cajun mix to coat evenly.

Place on hot grill and blacken each side (5 to 8 minutes=

TOTAL grilling time).

Enjoy hot or cold with lemon.
