Pretty healthy, I made it for dad and mom, they both loved it, especially these days they love vegetables more than meat!

Nice blend of vegetables. very simple and easy to make. Tastes better when flavors have a chance to blend. Good recipe! I'll definitely make it again.

A very healthy vegetable salad. I added all kinds of vegetables that my family like, then mixed them together. Tomorrow I will try again!

This past Thanksgiving, I went to the annual holiday dinner my whole family attends. Everything seemed to be the same, aunt and uncles were sharing stories,...
Simple and easy, and the results are great. However, I had to double the recipe to satisfy the appetites of my family members and their appetites.
