| 1 | bunch | broccoli florets | seperated into florets |
| 1 | each | cauliflower florets | seperated into florets |
| 8 | slices | bacon | fried, crumbled |
| 1/3 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1 | cup | tomatoes | chopped, seeded |
| 2 | large | eggs | hard-boiled, sliced |
| 1 | cup | mayonnaise | or salad dressing |
| 1/3 | cup | sugar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vinegar |
In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onion, tomatoes and eggs.
Set aside.
In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar, mix until smooth.
Chill all. Just before serving, mix dressing, pour over salad and toss.

General:Parsley is the dried leaf of Petroselinum crispum, a biennial in the parsley family....
These calzones are great taste, I used 2 cups broccili, 1 1/2 cups oyster mushrooms, my husband made the whole wheat pizza dough, and these calzones are fresh and delicious, we used our homemade marinara sauce serving with calzones, wonderful.
