Ingredients

1 package yeast, active dry
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon sugar
3 cups bread flour
1/2 cup oats, quick cooking
2 tablespoons gluten flour
2 teaspoons celery seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons celery garlic or onion salt
3/4 cup celery fresh, chopped
1 tb Celery leaves;f celery leaves fresh, chopped
1 each egg
10 3/4 ounces soup, cream of celery
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons milk, low-fat heated

Directions

Add all the ingredients in the onler listed.

Select white bread and push "Start.

Incorporating multiple forms of celery for flavor and food value creates an enticing bread to slice for sandwiches or as a meal accompaniment.
