Ingredients

1/2 cup bananas mashed
1 box cake mix yellow
1 package butter 4 serving size
1 x pudding mix, instant peacan flavoured
4 large eggs slightly beaten
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup pecans finely chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl.

Blend on low speed until all ingredients are just combined.

Then beat on medium speed for four minutes.

Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan.

Bake at 350øF. for 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted into center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of the pan.

Cool in pan 15 minutes.

Remove and glaze with a thin confectioners sugar icing if desired.
