These are VERY quick and easy. So good they melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

1 stick butter melted
1 cup sour cream
2 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)

Directions

Add butter and sour cream to Bisquick.

Stir to combine. Do not over mix.

Pour into greased or papered muffin cups. Bake 425 F, 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Patti's Jambalaya

I cut back a little on the Cayenne (others may want to double up). I also added 2 large garlic cloves, chopped fine. I used medium-sized frozen shrimp (yeah, I know, lol) but took the tails off and cut them in half for more bites to the spoonful! WOW!! 5 stars!
