Ingredients

2 pounds beef roast raw, cut up
2 each carrots sliced
3 each potatoes cut up
1 each onion cut up
1/2 each green peas package, frozen
1 x salt to taste
1 x black pepper to taste
1 each soup, cream of mushroom can

Directions

Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally; or bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 5 hours.

Hello Dolly Bars

I make this recipe all the time! Big hit every time. If I don't have pecans, I'll use walnut pieces. And sometimes for a more festive look, I'll add chopped marashino cherries. I also mix chocolate chips with butterscotch chips. It's a very versatile recipe that allows for many variations.
