| 3 | cups | peaches | sliced |
| 2 | cups | oat bran | |
| 1/2 | cup | oat flakes | |
| 1/2 | cup | whole wheat flour | pastry flour |
| 1/4 | cup | almonds | slivered |
| 1/2 | cup | honey | or maple syrup |
| 1/2 | cup | tahini | |
| 1 | teaspoon | almond extract |
Place peaches in a square casserole dish. Combine next four ingredients.
Mix sweetener, tahini, and almond extract together, then work both mixtures together until crumbly.
Spread evenly over peaches, and bake at 375 F. for 35 minutes or until golden.
I think this is an excellent recipe, we bought a basket of fresh peaches and used half of them, the high fibre topping with these peaches look beautiful, and we don't worry about the calories and fat, it is a low-fat, low calorie recipe, we love it.

I have heard of the pecking duck for quite a long time but never dared to try making it. This afternoon I tried this simplified peking duck, while it was cooking, my son couldn't stop asking me when will it be ready, the smell filled the room. When the dish hit the table, my son and my husband were drooling. Awesome!
