The guacamole dressing is creamy and tasty, the combination of lettuce, cheeses, tomato, scallions and corn chips is full of flavors and texture, and it's tossed with the creamy dressing. Strawberry-Cream Crepes recipe

Creamy sauce is made with both cream cheese and goat cheese, which makes the dish creamy and tasty. Sauteed mushrooms and asparagus are simmered in chicken broth and white wine to enhance the flavor. Toss them all together and serve it as a delicious main dish.

You can't believe how delicious and moist this cake comes out, and best of all is that the cake is made with mostly whole wheat flour, applesauce and yogurt, then glazed with a thin layer of lemony icing. Looks so appealing and tastes even better!

A delicious cake. I used half whole wheat flour and half white flour, otherwise followed the recipe. It came out great, and not too sweet. Perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. We did have it for breakfast :)

Simple Fruit Salad with Cream

These strawberry shortcakes were delicious. Buttermilk biscuits turned out golden-brown and buttery, filled with sugar coated strawberries and rich-creamy whipped cream. Such a decadent yet refreshing dessert that nobody can resist.

This was FANTASTIC!! I am not a huge fan of eggplant, but I recently tried baba ganoush at a restaurant. I really, really liked it so I had to find a recipe to try at home. This was a huge success. Very easy recipe to make and very, very tasty!!

A modernize and healthified version of this quick and easy reduced fat casserole that has been sized for two servings.

This recipe would have been 5 stars without the sliced sun-dried tomatoes. The tomatoes dominated the flavor of the sauce so much that it didn't allow the mushrooms to shine through. My wife liked it, but I noticed she was picking out the tomatoes too.
