Salad recipes

So easy to make, and the dish came out super tasty. Instead of green bell pepper, I used sweet red bell peppers, didn't have mint, so used fresh basil leaves instead. Yum.

I have maken this recipe for several years, everytime it goes well, it has become my keeper and I have introduced this recipe to a lot of my friends, they all love it!

Chicken with ranch dressing, it is very nice! Once you taste it, you don't want to stop!
