This is my favorite pumpkin pie recipe! I found it years ago, and recently lost it in a move. I was joyous to find it again! I encourage everyone to use fresh pumpkin, just cut into large chunks, steam, then scoop out of peel, easy!

American Thanksgiving is coming, pumpkin pie is a classic dessert, in this recipe, use rum and molasses, the pie looks beautiful and very tasty too.

Chunks of apples and pieces of walnuts make this cake super moist yet delicious.

There are many renditions of pistachio cake, but I believe this one to be the original. Through the years, Mum would always ask what kind of cake I would want for my birthday. My answer would almost always be "pistachio cake." To this day, this is one of my all-time favorites.

These cookies are buttery and delicious. By dipping them into melted chocolate gives them another chocolaty layer that make these cookies taste even better. Great treats at your Christmas party.
